Boat Shed Pole Shim
As part of the upcycled trampoline boat shed you can view in the Other Projects section, these shims were designed and printed to securely join differently sized structural tubes.
Video Converter Rack
This storage rack was designed to securely house up to 8 Blackmagic HDMI to SDI conversion devices. Usually, only one device is necessary, but this multi-projector mapping installation necessitated a solution to store many converters in a network rack
Camper Modifications
This truck bed camper was renovated and an air conditioner added. Placing the window AC unit completely inside of the camper shell necessitated a solution for air intake and exhaust, as well as condensation drainage. A door holder and several other 3D printed brackets and accesories were also created.
NIH COVID Face Shield Campaign
In 2020, at the start of the COVID epidemic, hospitals were in dire need of PPE, so the NIH recruited makers at home to assist in creating disposable face shields for health workers. Using a frame designed to print quickly and efficiently and a transparency sheet to act as the shield, millions of shields were created across the nation. I was happy to receive donated filament and made hundreds of shields that were donated to Tampa General Hospital
Replacement Carburetor Part
My very first practical 3D printed piece, this cam was created to repair a broken chainsaw carburetor.
